Establishment of Self Managed Superannuation Funds
If you wish to control your own superannuation, then together we can design your own superannuation fund, to meet your specific needs, and provide accounting, taxation and audit services for your fund.
Unlike many other self managed superannuation fund services, Rees Pritchard Pty. Limited charges a flat fee for establishment of your superannuation fund and not a percentage of the funds you invest. If you are establishing a large superannuation fund, Rees Pritchard’s fee structure may represent a significant saving.

- Arranging for the preparation of the Trust Deed
- Providing draft minutes for the trustees
- Completion of membership application forms
- Preparing and lodging the election for regulation of the fund
- Completing and lodging the tax file number and ABN application forms
- Establishing the fund’s cash management account
- Assistance in the preparation of the fund’s investment strategy
- Assistance in rolling over existing benefits (Max 2 per member)
- Arranging relevant insurance for members if required
