Pritchard & Partners Pty. Limited became the first ever corporate member of the Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited when it was admitted as a Participating Organisation of Exchange, on 6 February 1997.
On 5 December 2000, Pritchard & Partners Pty. Limited sponsored the first listing of a company on the rejuvenated Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited.
In 2004, Pritchard & Partners Pty. Limited sponsored the formation of Illuminator Investment Company Limited, which became both the first Newcastle based company to list on the Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited and the first Newcastle based listed institutional investor.
Pritchard & Partners Pty. Limited was established by Barry Rees and Steven Pritchard, who saw a need to combine the financial and taxation skills of an accounting firm with the growing need for clients to be fully advised on all of the investment options they have available.
Pritchard & Partners Pty. Limited was the first new Member Organisation of the Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited in 26 years when it began in February 1997.
